To obtain active codes for two sportscar vouchers that I need to redeem before the 6th June

Your service is pretty abysmal, to be honest! Having spent a few weeks trying to secure the sportscar experience only to find the voucher codes aren't valid.

I supposedly spoke one to one on your site and then was expected to pay another £1 to continue the conversation with an expert! Who was probably a chatbot, so my experience has been frustrating, poor customer service, and the whole setup is questionable! When the merchant is saying there's nothing they can do, and now I've finally received an email from Living Social to say they'll chase the merchant!

When surely it shouldn't be down to me to force either you or the merchant to accept a voucher for the experience when it's still valid until the 6th of June. It would make me think twice about booking anything else with you, and I've still yet to have a confirmed booking to date.

I purchased 4 tickets through living social. 2 were processed and 2 were refunded.

I reached out to living social via chat and spoke to a representative who said it was because the merchant had only a certain number of tickets. I was told to repurchase the 2 tickets and if I had any trouble contact them. The tickets purchased were not near the others and separate seats. This was for a family of 4 with twins.

It is not possible to separate them. I reached out again and was told they could not change the seats and no refunds.

I called the merchant and because they are a third party seller I'm stuck with the tickets that won't be used. I'm not a happy customer and have been a customer with them for a long time.

Have been passed from one department to another no result. Cancelled order.
