Folks don't use them and don't use living social.They were to be here today 11/21/12 between 9-1pm.
They never showed up. I called for a half hour and finally got the owner. I explained that no one had showed up and how long i had been calling He said he didn't handle the appointments and that i needed to call back when "Gordan" got back from lunch. I again told him how long i had been calling and asked him to leave "Gordan" a message to call me back.
He said they didn't take messages. He then told me i was rude and he would not be sending his "niece" to my house and not service my house. I said that was fine but i needed a refund. He told me to email the company for a refund.
I asked for the email address and he hung up on me.
I called Living Social to report the company.They have a 7 day refund policy and will not refund the living social voucher.
