Refund/purchase issues
nothing happened it dialed and then it came back saying it was a happy with the outcome. I didnt even talk to anyone.
Im really getting pissed that nobody is trying to help me resolve this problem.
Im trying to either refund or find out if I can use my coupon. I just want to talk to someone.

Your service is pretty abysmal, to be honest! Having spent a few weeks trying to secure the sportscar experience only to find the voucher codes aren't valid.
I supposedly spoke one to one on your site and then was expected to pay another £1 to continue the conversation with an expert! Who was probably a chatbot, so my experience has been frustrating, poor customer service, and the whole setup is questionable! When the merchant is saying there's nothing they can do, and now I've finally received an email from Living Social to say they'll chase the merchant!
When surely it shouldn't be down to me to force either you or the merchant to accept a voucher for the experience when it's still valid until the 6th of June. It would make me think twice about booking anything else with you, and I've still yet to have a confirmed booking to date.

Preferred solution: Redemption of the sportscar experience for my daughter & her boyfriend , that I purchased for them as a gift

I can't redeem my voucher; it keeps saying invalid. Can't get hold of anyone.
Tried lots of ways. This voucher was for a very disabled young lady to go for a facial at Bannatyne's. It is a spa day, but she would be unable to access most of it.
This voucher has a different code on it from what is in my account. I have tried both codes and now I'm fed up.

i keep trying to but no answer
hung up while calling anyway i puchase a thing for me and my husband to go shooting but when i called the merchant told me that this was not for me and i didn't qualify for shooting it waa more for experience people already and i live in another state just want my money back

Not at all helpful
I purchased 4 tickets through living social. 2 were processed and 2 were refunded.
I reached out to living social via chat and spoke to a representative who said it was because the merchant had only a certain number of tickets. I was told to repurchase the 2 tickets and if I had any trouble contact them. The tickets purchased were not near the others and separate seats. This was for a family of 4 with twins.
It is not possible to separate them. I reached out again and was told they could not change the seats and no refunds.
I called the merchant and because they are a third party seller I'm stuck with the tickets that won't be used. I'm not a happy customer and have been a customer with them for a long time.

No order number or voucher received
Placed an order, they took the payment. I did not receive an order number or voucher.
The customer service is absolutely shocking! Agents via email seem like robots and keep saying, 'Please send the order number,' despite my responding five whole times saying I have not received it!
The phone numbers for customer service do not work. The WhatsApp number is also a bot and does not offer any assistance.

Expired voucher I want money back fot
I ordered a mattress. The voucher rang out because I never received the email with the voucher code.
I want my money back. I have also contacted revolut because that was the card I used. Im not going to stop until I get my money back.

It has been impossible for me to contact their customer service. I ordered a sofa bed and little or no information has been given to me regarding my order. I keep getting sent vouchers to redeem. Joke
I am beginning to feel like this website is a scam, because nobody is reachable after my order was placed. Little or no information has been given to me about my order.
They just keep sending several coaches to redeem.
I am not interested in some stupid coaches, I just need to know whats happening with my order. Worst company ever.

When you went to repurchase two more tickets, why did you continue the sale if no seat assignment was shown?
You don't receive seat assignments until after the purchase and I chose the same section. It would have been fine if it wasn't with the other seats but they were two single seats in 2 different sections.
