LivingSocial - Will Not Stand Behind Vendors

After posting here and on their Facebook page twice, Living Social decided to change their minds and provide a refund after all. The internet is powerful.

I purchased a fishing trip for my husband through Living Social for $200.The vendor was uncooperative and would not return phone calls in order to set up a date.
The trip was to be scheduled during our winter stay in Florida. The time has come and gone when the timing would work. Living Social would not stand behind their merchant and would not refund our money or transfer the voucher to a different service. I am out $200.
Before you buy anything through Living Social, read the customer reviews of this service.You might want to use Groupon instead.
Monetary Loss: $200.
